Fitzpatrick is the general partner and manager of Fitzpatrick LP.
The firm is built for a bottom-up approach to the private U.S. middle market: identify and manage risk, then build thematic partnerships in an evergreen structure. Coverage is intended to be sector-agnostic and oriented to the sell side. 

Fitzpatrick will treat the operating culture of a business as part of underwriting, not a separate practice, and will benchmark results with Direct Alpha. The objective is to realize superior risk-adjusted return for select limited partners over the long term, in service of those partners, critical infrastructure, and the U.S. economy.
